The new tank, the code-required expansion tank, a drip pan where code requires one, new supply lines and fittings, and hauling away your old tank are all included. We don't quote low to get in the door and then pile on extras. Our price covers about 95% of water heater replacements. If yours is one of the rare exceptions, we'll tell you before any work starts.

A standard 50-gallon tank replacement is $2,187 installed for gas and $2,087 installed for electric. That price includes the thermal expansion tank, fittings, new supply lines, and haul-away of your old unit. Most installs are done in under 3 hours. Larger tanks and tankless water heaters are quoted by phone.

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. After-hours and weekend calls are available and cost extra, so ask when you call 208-232-2292. We keep a standard gas and a standard electric water heater in stock, so we can often replace a failed heater quickly.
We serve Pocatello, Chubbuck, Blackfoot, McCammon, Inkom, American Falls, and Downey. We are a service-area plumber and come to your home. We do not install or repair sprinkler systems.
